Shipping & Delivery
  • What methods of shipping do you use?
    To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies. If courier services do not deliver to your PIN code, the order will be sent via India Postal.
  • How long do orders take to be delivered?
    All orders are processed and delivered within 14 working days. Orders shipped by courier usually reach within 3 to 4 working days. Orders shipped by India Post can take up to two weeks to deliver.
  • How can I track the status of my order?
    You can track the initial stages of your order via our website. You can use the shipping information supplied by us to track your delivery via the courier company's website.
  • How often do you send out your deliveries?
    We ship Monday through Friday, except on public holidays.
  • Do you offer premium express shipping?
    At the moment, we do not have an express shipping option. We will be providing it as an option in the future.
  • What do I do if the package I receive is damaged?
    If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery. Please contact Customer Support with your order ID, and we will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Privacy & Security
  • Are my contact details safe on ShaStore.com?
    ShaStore.com will never rent or sell your name, address, email address or personal details to any third party, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order.
  • Are my credit card, debit card and bank details safe on your site?
    We do not store any credit card, debit card or bank account details on our servers. All online payments are conducted via PCI compliant payment gateways.
  • Are there any circumstances under which my personal inormation will be shared?
    In case of a situation wherein we are obliged to comply with law or a statutory obligation or a legal process, we would be compelled to provide information about a customer.
Returns & Replacements
  • What do I do if the package I receive is damaged?
    If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery. Please contact Customer Support with your order ID, and we will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • What do I do if products inside the package are damaged?
    In the unlikely event that a product you received from us is damaged, please contact Customer Support with your order ID, and we will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Can I get another product instead of the one I ordered?
    We can only replace a damaged product with the same product. If the product you ordered is no longer in stock, or is discontinued, you can choose to get either a refund or store credit for the same amount.
  • How can I receive a refund if it is offered to me?
    Payments will be refunded via the same method used for the initial transaction. Demand Draft payments will be refunded by cheque. You can choose to have the amount refunded as store credit against future purchases.
Ordering
  • Can I order items for someone else and have it delivered to them?
    Yes. As long as the delivery address is in India, you can send the products to a recipient other than yourself.
Payment
  • What payment gateways do you use for online payments?
    We use EBS as our payment gateway for payment in Indian Rupees.
